This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by searching the petitioner's house in night hours in name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are 3 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and he is habitual offender and he has to under the surveillance of the respondent police.
