Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.571/2014, C.No.L1/20693/2014 dated 26.05.2014 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue as the Special Sub Inspector of Police in any one of the police station which comes under the control of the respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2015 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
