ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 02.06.2013, wherein, the petitioner has sought for taking action against the second respondent on the ground of misappropriation. 2.There seems to be an inter se dispute among the members of the society. Such a dispute can only be resolved before a competent Civil Court and the first respondent will not have the jurisdiction to deal with the same.
