ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed against the appointment of commissioner in the final decree application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.167 of 1998.

2.Pending this petition, report was called for from the trial Court as to the stage of the final decree petition. Report received from the trial court, shows that I.A.No.1 of 2021 filed for final decree itself was disposed of. On 15.06.2023, final decree was passed, on the basis of the Commissioner's Report and sketch. In view of the same, the matter has become infructuous.

2.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
