ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 353, 506(ii) and 379(NH) of IPC, in Crime No.272 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of prosecution is that on 05.11.2021 at about 04.30.pm, the defacto complainant, who is the Government Bus Conductor, was standing in the road for giving instructions for the bus driver for taking the bus on the reverse side, the petitioner and two others persons attacked the defacto complainant and taken Rs.500/- from him and ran away from that place. 3.The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner was moving in his bike, the defacto complainant's bus while taking reverse had hit the two wheeler, that the petitioner fell down on the road and sustained injury and that when the same was questioned by him, the defacto complainant has lodged a false complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.17814 of 2021 4.It is the specific case of prosecution that the petitioner and the other accused had attacked the bus conductor and restrained him from doing his duty.
