ORDER

The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition for quashing the impugned summon issued by the first respondent. The first respondent is a statutory authority meant for conciliating matrimonial disputes. The third respondent is the wife of one Senthil Murugan and since their marital relationship came under strain, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent. The matter was referred to the first respondent. The first respondent has called for an enquiry. At this stage, the petitioners moved this Court.

2.Only after a criminal case is registered, the petitioners can knock the doors of this Court. This criminal original petition has been prematurely filed. It stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions also stand dismissed.
