2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had made an application seeking voluntary retirement and for accepting his request, the petitioner was permitted to retire from service voluntarily.

3. In view of the same, there is no further adjudication is required to be made in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
