The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself was dismissed for default on 03.02.2023 and nothing survives in this petition. 2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court, in the event if the suit is restored. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
