JUDGMENT

The appeal has been preferred by the accused for grant of bail and this Court, vide order dated 11.06.2018, granted bail to the appellant on certain conditions. When the matter is taken up today, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that vide order dated 27.08.2019, the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, in Spl. S.C. CRL. A. (MD) NO. 266 OF 2018 initiated against the appellant, who was the accused before the court below, was dismissed and the appellant herein was acquitted of the charges framed against him and, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous.

2. The above said submission of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor is recorded and the bail bonds executed by the accused pursuant to the order dated 11.6.2018 shall stand cancelled and this appeal is closed.
