ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated in to service and now working. However, in respect of the arrears of salary and other benefits, it is left open to the writ petitioner to submit a representation to the authorities competent and in the event of receiving any such representation, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 2.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
