When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on 19.10.2015, a sum of Rs.6,69,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Sixty Nine only) was handed over to the petitioner by way of cheque. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
