ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to conduct the enquiry on the representation sent on 30.09.2023 and if necessary some other Police officer may be appointed by the first respondent police in his jurisdiction. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's mother, FIR came to be registered in Cr.No.215 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 447 & 427 IPC and investigation is pending, that subsequently, the petitioner has given a complaint and on that basis, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.264 of 2022 and that after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
