ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from putting up public lavatory in the vari poramboke land comprised in S.F.No.98/1, Ulunthangudi Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the public toilet as proposed was constructed about three years back, therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has became infructuous.

W.P.(MD).No.14428 of 2015 3.Considering the fact that the public toilet has already been constructed as proposed by the Government, this writ petition has became infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
