ORDER

The petitioners/plaintiffs have come forward with this revision invoking the superintending jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.560 of 2014 filed by them on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli for a permanent injunction and mandatory injunction in respect of a suit wall and an open space abutting it. 2.The B-diary extracts would indicate that the matter is being adjourned under the head 'trial' since September, 2015 for over 24 hearings. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Principal district Munsif, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.560 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________
