for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 27(2) of Arms Act, 1959 of I.P.C., in Crime No.326 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police intercepted the petitioner and the other accused, recovered 400 grams of ganja. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
