ORDER

Representation is made by Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate who appears for respondents 1 and 2 stating that the issues raised have become infructuous since auction for the car parking area had been conducted on 27.02.2014 and the successful bidder in the year 2014 was the fourth respondent. It is also claimed that the petitioner has not questioned such re-auction.

2. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
