ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has returned the papers to the petitioner already. It is seen that the petitioner had filed O.S No.55 of 1977 before the District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai and obtained a decree and had also filed EP No.66 of 2014. If the petitioner has any issues in the matter of execution, it is always open to him to move the executing court for relief. The question of filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.Pc does not arise. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, this petition stands closed.
