Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry pursuant to the removal of the petitioner as Joint Secretary in the fourth respondent Waqf based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry pursuant to the removal of the petitioner as Joint Secretary in the fourth respondent Waqf.

2. Already, the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent were issued notice and they have submitted an objection. But the third respondent has not passed any order. The petitioner and the fourth respondent may be granted one more opportunity to make their submissions and the second respondent shall pass an order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
