ORDER

The defendants in the suit in O.S.No.187 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Usilampatti, Madurai, have approached this Court seeking an early disposal of the said suit filed by the respondent herein for a partition.

2.From the records, it is seen that issues had been framed in the suit as early as on 31.07.2018 and the matter is being listed under the caption for trial from 11.01.2019. The suit has been adjourned on 14 occasions, thereafter. In the above circumstances, a direction is issued to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, Usilampatti, Madurai to commence and conclude the proceedings in O.S.No.187 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report to this Court. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed, accordingly. No costs.
