ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.15 of 2021 registered on the file of the third respondent. FIR itself was registered only on 17.08.2021.

2. The case involves the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC. Therefore, the investigating officer would definitely require reasonable time to complete the investigation.

3. The third respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
