Considering the apprehension expressed by the petitioner that the house of the deceased is nearer to the police station and considering the fact that already he has reported to the said police station for a period for six days, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mayiladuthurai daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required before the respondent Police.
