In W.P(MD)No.14452 of 2015:

The issue that arises in this writ petition does not survive any more. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 circulated a memo of compromise dated 22.09.2015 in terms of which, the original suit in O.S.No.287 of 2015, on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul, was decreed.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. In W.P(MD)No.15272 of 2015:

In this writ petition, the prayer is for certiorari quashing the a notice for transfer of property tax assessment. 4.Both learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the property in question stands in the name of the petitioner. In the light of the decree dated 11.04.2016, the assessment of property tax will also be made in favour of the petitioner. In the light of the same, the impugned order dated 14.08.2015 is quashed. 5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
