3. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit against the sixth respondent. The private dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent is being given different 2/4

If the sixth respondent had committed encroachment on any public property or Government poramboke, the revenue authorities are bound to take action by adhering to due process of law.
