ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.17 of 2025, has filed this petition seeking to transfer the case in Crime no.17 of 2025 from the file of the 4th respondent to some other investigation officer, on the ground that though the case was registered on 10.02.2025, there is no progress in the investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is almost completed and they are likely to file the final report within a period of three weeks.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
