ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent on 21.12.2022. Since there was no action on the said complaint, she submitted a representation dated 29.03.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2, requesting to conduct an enquiry and take necessary action as against the 3rd respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the complaint of the petitioner was duly enquired and the same was closed on 04.01.2023. A copy of the report is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
