This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property in Survey No.1101/A, 1101/2 and 1101/4A situated at Sinthupoonthurai, Madurai Road, Tirunelveli based on his representation dated 12.01.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner sent a complaint to the first respondent on 12.01.2018. for adequate police protection.

3. It is seen that after a lapse of two years, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the second respondent.
