Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. The prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner has invoked Circular No.67 dated 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.14482 OF 2015 03.11.2011. The circular has subsequently been withdrawn. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. Since this writ petition is dismissed only on the ground that the matter has become infructuous, the dismissal of the petition will not come in the way of the petitioner from establishing his rights. No costs.
