To call for the records relating to judgment dated 20.11.2020 in Spl.SC.No.4 of 2017 on the file of Special Court for exclusive Trial of cases under the POCSO Act, Sivagangai and to set-aside the Conviction and sentence, allow the appeal by acquitting the appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KUMAR.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1921 of 2021, in Crl.A.(MD)No.115 of 2021, dated 05.07.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission made by both side counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court. This petition is allowed accordingly.
