Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Ref :R2/Ph.D/F8816/Marine Biotech/Cancellation/2013 dated 17.12.2013 and consequential order passed by the first respondent in Ref:R2/Ph.D/Energy/2013 dated 08.01.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue and complete his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of third respondent as per the order of Ph.D. degree registration passed by the first respondent in Ref:R2/Ph.D./Regn./F.T/F8816/2012 dated 11.01.2012 and further directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner UGC Research Fellowship Grant payable to him at the rate of Rs.14,000/- from 14.03.2013 to till date and continue to pay the same on the every succeeding month.
