Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJABOOPATHY D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.11419 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed better affidavit stating that the order copy was ready on 22.09.2021 and that the petitioner's husband was died, her first son was working in abroad and her other son was in prison, she could not arrange the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 22/11/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
