2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and it was closed on 10.07.2025, as they have found that the complaint of this petitioner is a false one.
