The petitioner wants this Court to quash the impugned proceedings initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

2. The impugned proceedings were initiated in June 2016. We are now in February 2020. In the very nature of things, they cannot have life beyond one year. Therefore, the impugned proceedings stand quashed.
