Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MOHAN.A, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14368 of 2021, dated 30.09.2021. 2.The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order, dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.

5332 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniyal and execute the sureties and further directed to appear and report before the Karungal Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Hence, it is very difficult to comply with the conditions imposed on them. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the above submission, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kulasekarapattinam, Tuticorin District daily at 10.30 am, until further orders and other conditions shall stand remained unaltered.
