ORDER:- This original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for lower court" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 23.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track court Nagercoil (FAC) D.No.1037/2024 Dated 12.11.2024 forwarded by The Chief Judicial Magistrate Nagercoil,Kanyakumari District seeking further three months time for dispose of the case S.T.C. NO.269 of 2022 this Court made the following order:

"This Court by an order, dated 23.08.2023, had directed the learned Judicial 1/3

Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to expedite the enquiry in S.T.C.No.269 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil (FAC) has addressed a letter, dated 12.11.2024, to the Registry seeking extension of time for a period of three months to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.269 of 2022.

3. As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil (FAC), time already granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil (FAC) is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings."
