For Petitioners : M/s.Suyambulinga Bharathi K, Advocate. For Respondent : Mr.M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.194 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.194 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous dispute between the parties regarding the agricultural activities in their lands, due to which, On 09.09.2022, when the defacto https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complainant in his home, the petitioners were came there, attacked him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the counter case in Crime No.193 of 2022 is pending against the de-facto complainant and others.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the injured is not yet discharged from the hospital and the investigation is still pending.

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
