*********** [Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu namely Minor.Iniya, D/o. Senthil, aged about 8 years, before this Court and entrust the detenue's custody to the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by both sides that the detenue has been located and her custody has been handed over to the petitioner, who is the detenue's father. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
