The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer, dated 05.08.2023 passed by the 1st respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has preferred a review petition before the 1st respondent on 30.08.2023 and that is also not considered and the same is kept in abeyance. He further submitted that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the said review petition and pass appropriate orders.

4. This Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the review petition, dated 30.08.2023 preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order considering the plight of the family circumstances.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
