PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in 13028/N2/2/2025 dated 16.06.2025 on file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned. Since the petitioner is the caregiver of differently abled person and entitled for the exemption as per Government order in G.O.Ms.No.107 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 03.09.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Staff Nurse working on diversion basis in the second respondent Hospital challenging the general order cancelling diversion circular.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, on her request, she was issued with a diversion order from Myladuthurai to the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai. Suddenly by way of a circular, diversion order has been cancelled and she has been directed to report duty at Myladuthurai. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the order of cancellation of diversion. However, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the cancellation of personal diversion order, she is at liberty to approach the respondent concerned with request. If any request is received, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks.

3.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
