ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings initiated based on his representation under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

2.It is admitted that a notice has been issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabapuram, under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. to both parties to appear before the second respondent on 22.07.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not passed any order so far. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents stated that enquiry is pending and this Court may give suitable direction to the second respondent to pass final orders. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the proceedings initiated by him under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other parties.
