Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce either the person or corpus of the detenue/petitioner daughter Rajalakshmi, D/o.Subramanian aged 24 years old before this Honourable Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce either the person or corpus of the detenue/petitioner daughter Rajalakshmi, D/o.Subramanian aged 24 years old before this Honourable Court .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the same the second respondent did not take any steps to secure the daughter of the petitioner herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the daughter of the petitioner already eloped with one Veeramuthu and got married on 03.07.2019 and they are living together. Since they belong to different community both the parents of the girl and boy are objecting and infact the daughter of the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent seeking police protection at the hands of the petitioner herein, in which the petitioner herein gave a statement that he will not disturb the peaceful living of her husband and her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
