This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police to take action on the basis of the representation filed by him on 15.05.2023.

2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property where he intend to construct the house after surveying the land, however the adjacent property owner namely Ramasamy without any basis has been trying to interfere with for conducting survey. The said Ramasamy also filed W.P.(MD) No.15543 of 2023 which is stated to have been dismissed and after that when the petitioner went to his site, the said Ramasamy trespassed into his site and caused obstruction thereby a complaint has been filed however, the respondents police have not taken any action against him.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the police have received the online representation dated 15.05.2023 on which the petitioner was informed to go physically to police station to 2/5

file complaint along with the documents. However, without going to the police station the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. In view of the submissions made on both sides, the petitioner is directed to approach the police station to file fresh complaint along with the documents including the orders of this Court, on filing of such complaint, the respondents police are directed to conduct inquiry immediately and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such complaint.
