This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to poverty, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3.
