ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351 (3) BNS, 2023, in Cr.No. 84 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused had demanded money from the defacto complainant to buy liquor. When the same was refused, the petitioner and other accused had abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him with hand and caused injury. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got 14 previous cases, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
