PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to pass an appropriate order on merits in accordance with law based on the enquiry report which is submitted by the 2nd respondent through Na.Ka.No.3964/Ni5/2022, dated 15.02.2023, within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Multipurpose Medical Staff, seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to pass final orders based upon the enquiry report submitted by the second respondent. 2.The second respondent herein was directed to complete the enquiry and file his report by way of orders of this Court, dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.(MD)No. 770 of 2024. Accordingly, the second respondent has already submitted his report to the first respondent herein on 15.02.2023. However, so far the first respondent has not passed any final orders based upon the said enquiry report. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
