petitioner's contract period for the General Minor Unit (GMU) catering stall at P.F.Nos.2 and 3 at Madurai Railway Station in question, till the subsistence of the status quo as directed by the first respondent, vide letters dated 21.05.2019 and 27.08.2019.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, challenging the subsequent proceedings and he has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 19.09.2022 and also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

2.Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to proceed with the subsequent orders being issued, in the manner known to law.
