ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his daughter-inlaw and two others that his daughter-in-law has taken away all the jewels and money, which were kept in locker and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct proper enquiry on his complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, on 11.07.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
