ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner wants action to be taken under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said circular itself has been withdrawn. The direction sought for cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to enforce his rights in the manner known to law.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
