None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is that the local Police are interfering in a pending civil suit. The allegation is denied by the official respondents. In any event, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions states that there will not be any interference in the matter.

3. The writ petition was filed in the August 2015. We are now in July 2023. The petitioner's grievance may no longer survive. If the petitioner is still having grievance, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. 2/4
