ORDER
The petitioner appears to have lodged a complaint dated 28.05.2025 before the 2nd respondent and submitted a representation to the 1/4
Commissioner of Police and also to the Chief Minister's cell. Now, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to take action on his complaint dated 28.05.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not lodged any complaint before the 2nd respondent Police as projected by him on 28.05.2025. However, his complaint before the Chief Minister's Cell was forwarded to the 2nd respondent Police on 30.06.2025. The respondent Police has also conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 28.07.2025.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 05.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
