ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, the patta issued including the names of the respondents No.4 to 8.

2. The petitioner has not approached the revenue authorities. If he is aggrieved against such entries, the petitioner has to approach the revenue authorities, namely, the third respondent herein for rectification of the defects.
3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the third respondent herein by making appropriate application with relevant documents to substantiate his case. On such application is made by the petitioner, the third respondent shall conduct an enquiry on the same after affording an opportunity to the necessary parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of submission of application by the writ petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
